As we promised, if there is any damage or destroy when receiving your items, we will resend a new one as you like. But before that, we need you to cooperate with us to take photos when you receive it then provide us the evidence. Buyer is to raised the claim to the seller upon 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please be advised that replacement on warranty will not be sent out if negligence on buyer’s part which resulted in the damage of the item is found.
