01/04/12- Let’s Caving the SECOND TIME!!!

After our SUCCESSFUL caving trip in January 2012, we are organizing another one in April 1st 2012 (Sunday).

Come join me if you LOVE ADVENTURE!!!!

This 2-4 hours cave exploration trip offers a challenging and memorable experience for those who dare to enter. Our adventure will begin way before we reach the cave system. We must trek to the cave.

You can imagine a dark cave with lots of bats whizzing past and chilling water running above your body!! You need to squeeze and cram through small gaps and holes, and sometimes submerge through holes in the cave to make your way through, making this one of the most fun-filled caving activities available. This is what makes this experience really fun!

FAQ

1) Do you have a place that we can change clothes?

YES, we will change at the toilet when we reach the tollgate. There is no place for shower, only for change of clothes.

2) How long does it take in the cave?

There are many path/cave passage inside the cave, there have easy and tough one. Before entering cave ,we need to trek in forest trail for about 15 minutes, leech are usually not found during dry season (yeah.. sometime wet season can see lor.. however, it’s not inside the cave it self.). Some leeches are found when we trek to the cave. It will be about 2-4 hrs for this cave activity.. however, it’s still depends on our group! it can be longer or less.

3) Is it dangerous if we/me are not a swimmer?

You do not need to be swimmer.. just need to be present and enjoy the challenge, Not recommended to children 12 year and below. If your body length is short like 12 years old..dont worry.. you are still welcome to join, i am just pointing to those people that understand our guide’s instruction and language, yes English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay !

4) Do we need to bring day bag inside the cave?

Yes, you can.. but it gonna be wet all day long (also heavy with water fill-in). As if you need to drink water, just bring a small bottle of 500ml (Or less) and share the bag with your gang, you might need a bit of snack too! However, my personal opinion is to bring NOTHING at all !!!

5) Can we bring camera/video recorder?

arr…YES and NO, this is a wet cave (Very wet or you can call it water tunnel), if you have a waterproof camera then it’s most welcome, if it’s not a waterproof one, please warranty yourself (may be you can consider to have a dry bag with it).. me and the guides are not responsible.

6) Can we leave our things safely in the transport?

Yes you can. Through my experience, driver and vehicle is very good and honest.

7) May I know what time to meet if I want to meet at woodlands checkpoint?

Meet us at 5.30am at woodland checkpoint after the custom clearance. Please inform me via email/SMS if you are meeting me at woodland checkpoint. We are meeting outside clearance door on your right corner facing staircase.

8) Where I can buy a headlight/torch light and the Kampung Adidas shoe?

Buy your headlamps and the Kampung Adidas at “Army Market” near Lavender street, Singapore. Although i am not quite sure if there sell Kampung adidas. I got mine in Malaysia. But there is a highest possible chance of selling.

9)Do you think I can wear an old pair of running shoes instead?

Advisable not, as we will be wet most of the time. Suggest you to get booties instead. You can get bootie from “Army Market” i mentioned above.

10) Are you helping to arrange for a group Insurance or do each has to get individually?

Each has to get their own insurance.

11)Where is the town/kampong where we will start the Caving activity?

Tampin
